Things to Avoid

You should not use a hot tub or tanning beds. High temperatures may have an effect on your fetus. Avoid taking care of cat litter. Do not eat raw or uncooked meat. Raw, uncooked meat and cat litter may cause Toxoplasmosis exposure. After 36 weeks gestation, travel is not recommended.  Travel is also not recommended in those with complications of pregnancy such as preterm labor, poorly controlled diabetes, or hypertension.
