Soothees is a cream you can use for breasts that are cracking and chapped.  This can also be found at Eckard, Target, CVS and other pharmacies.

If you qualify for WIC, you can obtain hospital grade breast pumps and supplies for them.

The best care for your breasts is to express some of the breast milk, rub it on your breast, and allow it to air dry if your breasts are cracked and sore.
