You should also increase your water intake, fiber and you may also use Metamucil. For low back pain or muscle aches or mild headaches, you can take Acetaminophen (Tylenol). You should exercise to include stretching , and you can also take a warm bath and/or use a heating pad. If you have cold symptoms, you can take Tylenol, Tylenol Cold, Regular Sudafed, Regular Mucinex, Regular Claritin and Regular Robitussin. You may use Saline Nasal Spray, penicillen derivatives if they are prescribed, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) For Nausea and Vomiting during the first few weeks, you should eat small, frequent meals and avoid certain foods that seem to trigger this feeling for you. These trigger foods vary with different patients. You should get your influenza vaccination if your are pregnant during the flu season. During your pregnancy, you may use Monistat or Gynelotrimin for vaginal infections.
